At Tasy, we partner with various suppliers to bring you a wide range of products through a dropshipping model. This means that your order is shipped directly from our suppliers to your doorstep. Below, you'll find everything you need to know about shipping, including methods, delivery times, costs, and how we handle any issues that may arise.

1. Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Our primary shipping method for orders to Uganda and East Africa.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available in limited cases for select products and locations. Additional costs apply and will be displayed at checkout.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after confirmation.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery takes 10-15 business days to Uganda and East Africa.
  • Expedited Shipping: Where available, delivery takes 1-3 business days.

Note: These are estimated timeframes. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, customs clearance, or peak demand periods. We'll keep you informed if significant delays are expected.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over UGX 500,000 (standard shipping only).
  • Expedited Shipping: Additional fees apply and will be shown at checkout.
  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery.

4. Order Tracking

  • After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).
  • Tracking may not be offered for some shipments, particularly international orders or from certain suppliers.
  • Visit our "Track My Order" page and enter your order number and email to check your shipment status.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship to Uganda and most countries in East Africa. However, some locations may be restricted due to supplier limitations or local regulations.
  • If we're unable to ship to your area, you'll be notified during checkout, and your order may be canceled with a full refund.

6. Handling Shipping Issues

  • Delayed Orders: If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, email us at support@tasye.com. We'll investigate with the supplier and assist you.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date if your order is lost or arrives damaged. We'll help file a claim with the supplier for a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Address: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

7. Important Notes

  • Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
  • Supplier Delays: As we work with third-party suppliers, occasional delays may happen. We appreciate your patience and will communicate updates as needed.
