Tasy Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Tasy! We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, you may return eligible items within the timeframe and conditions outlined below. Please review this policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Period and Conditions for Acceptance of Returns

Return Period: Items purchased from Tasy may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted, though this does not affect your statutory legal rights.

Condition for Acceptance: We only accept returns of items that are:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging, tags, and seals intact (where applicable), unless the item became defective or damaged after reasonable use within the 7-day return period.
  • Accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which you can obtain by contacting us (see Section 7).

Reasons for Return and Applicable Categories

You may return items within the 7-day period for the following reasons, depending on the product category:

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, perishable goods, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return under any circumstances, unless defective upon delivery.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@tasye.com or +256-778743490 with your order number and reason for return to receive your RAN and shipping instructions.
  2. Return the item within 7 days of receiving your RAN, using a trackable shipping service. Tasy is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Exchanges: Subject to availability, we'll replace the item if requested. Notify us when initiating the return.
  • Store Credit: Alternatively, receive store credit for future Tasy purchases.

Shipping Costs

You cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Tasy error (e.g., wrong, defective, or damaged item), in which case we'll provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund, covering all shipping costs.

Processing Time

Allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing after we receive your return. You'll be notified of the outcome.
